FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has radiation receiver, reflector with metallized layer and radiation converter. The radiation receiver has hollow metal wave-guide tube having internal polished surface. The radiation converter is plate manufactured from energetically active natural material possessing protective properties. It is built-in into the wave-guide tube. The reflector is mounted at one of wave-guide tube ends. The metallized layer of the reflector has ground contact and its reflecting surface is turned towards radiation converter. Another embodiment of the invention has reflector with metallized layer and radiation converter. The reflector is designed as hollow open geometrical figure having internal reflecting surface. The radiation converter is designed as hollow open geometrical figure position coaxially built-in inside of the reflector and equidistant to its internal surface. The radiation converter is manufactured from energetically active natural material possessing protective properties. The metallized layer of the reflector has ground contact. The reflector can be implemented as partially transparent or controllably transparent in both embodiments and the radiation converter is optionally manufacturable from wood or some set of wood varieties like birch or cedar possessing different types of energetic influence. The radiation converter is also manufacturable from other natural materials possessing protective properties like amber and/or propolis. Both embodiments of the device have heating unit inside of wave-guide tube or converter cavity like incandescent lamp or photodiodes, respectively. When applying the device for protecting people against negative radiation of computer display units or domestic TV-set devices is positioned in a way that its wave guide tube or reflector embrace the cathode ray tube of given devices at least in zone of gluing thread for heating cathode.
