FIELD: electrochemical deposition equipment. SUBSTANCE: automatic line is divided into sections, which may be repositioned. At least one bath is mounted in each section. Each bath is divided into upper part rigidly connected to hermetically sealed casing and lower part comprising solution and connected in hermetically sealed relation with upper part. Suction unit located in upper part of bath is provided with excessive pressure valve. Bath hermetically covering mechanism positioned in upper part of bath is composed of two leaves rigidly connected through shafts with brackets having rollers on their ends. Construction of automatic line allows number of drives for bath covering mechanism to be reduced by arranging drives on automatic operator, any section of bath to be moved beyond automatic line for replacement and repair of broken down bath, and any lower part of bath with solution to be replaced during operation of automatic line without standstill. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 4 dwg
