FIELD: mechanical engines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile and stationary installations. Combustion chamber of heat engine contains outer housing, flame tube with perforation holes, ring supersonic fuel atomizing self-excited generator connected with flame tube by acoustic bell. Combustion chamber is furnished with through acoustic deflectors and two vane devices first of which is installed at inlet of outer housing, and second one, at outlet of said housing. Through acoustic deflectors are installed in direction of working medium flow behind first vane device and before second vane device and they are made in form of at least two radial concentric grids. Number of radial threads of grids of acoustic deflectors is equal to or is multiple of number of vanes of first or second vane device. Size of radial clearance between outer housing and flame tube, radial size of cells, axial size of vane grids, distance between vane grids and grids of acoustic deflectors and axial size of acoustic deflectors are equal to or multiple of half of wave length λ0 of main mode of supersonic generator. Number of radial threads is equal to or multiple of number of vanes of each vane device. Diameter of perforation holes of flame tube, number of vanes of vane devices, radial size of cells of through acoustic deflectors are chosen from equations protected by patent.
