FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes delivery of hydrocarbon fuel and air from behind the compressor into combustion chamber. Part of fuel is passed through catalyst before delivery into combustion chamber. Prior to delivering fuel to catalyst, it is mixed with air, catalyst is heated and autothermal air conversion is provided by catalyst with obtaining gas mixture containing hydrogen and carbon oxide. Device for preparation and combustion of fuel in combustion chamber of gas- turbine plant contains combustion chamber and fuel supply system with main line and parallel line with catalyst reactor in the latter. Additional line is provided with fuel-air mixer before catalyst reactor. Space over reactor is connected with hot gas source. EFFECT: reduced content of harmful products in waste gases. 8 cl, 1 dwg
