SUBSTANCE: supporting clamp designed for suspending long-measuring parts such as cables, pipes, and the like from systems to convey transmission of signals or materials over long distances and for protecting them against damage due to transverse loads and/or bending moments has cylindrical bushing in the form of semi-ring members joined together by means of pin, each provided with fold and clevis with flat inner surfaces, flexible insert, and fastenings of bracing and fixing members. Semi-ring members are made in the form of rear and front semi-rings, each provided with rear and front flaps, respectively, and with case. Case length is chosen depending on minimal permissible bending radius of long-measuring part held in position by flexible insert at desired elastic stiffness; strengthening members provided on butt-ends of case are made in the form of conical semi-rings whose inner wall is tilted to longitudinal axis of flaps through angle chosen depending on total length of diametrical projections of flexible insert that dictates permissible drawing force; it also has stop that restricts turn of flaps through installation angle so as to hold long-measuring part in position with flaps held open; inner flat surface of bracing clevis is flush with inner surface of flap which is locked when joining bracing clevis by means of bracing members with aid of fastenings over joint surface; locking bracing clevis ensures transverse hold- down of long-measuring part by projections of flexible insert through calculated value; rear flap is provided with locating member having diametrical step to receive flexible insert lock; front flap is hinged member ensuring opening of semi-ring members at joint surface through installation angle.
