FIELD: agriculture, in particular, creating of programmable media having predetermined combination of controllable characteristics. SUBSTANCE: method involves separating certain volume of basic medium; providing complex selection and analysis of geochemical samples thereof; comparing characteristics of basic and programmable media and determining mismatch values thereof; providing volumetric charting of basic medium and dividing it into elements; providing action upon each element of basic medium and introducing controlling agent into basic medium , with nutritive-recultivating mixture being used as controlling agent; preparing surface and providing biological indication of basic medium before taking geochemical samples; on volumetric charting of basic medium, forming at least three depth levels thereof; carrying out complex selection and analysis of geochemical samples for each element of basic medium; determining characteristic mismatch values for each element of basic and programmable media; determining kind and characteristics of optimal effect upon each element of basic medium.
