FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying premedication treatment, local anesthesia, mucoperiosteal flap separation and osteotomy. Bone bed is formed and treated. The dental implant is set and the wound is sutured near the implant neck. Mucous membrane and periosteum cut line is displaced from alveolar crest top towards palatine on the maxilla and in vestibular direction on the mandible. After having set the dental implant, a piercing incision is made in the mucoperiosteal flap corresponding to its head and equal to transgingival implant neck diameter. The flap is laid on its original place as if it were put-on over the implant head. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; favorable conditions for healing the wound; reduced risk of complications; increased implant service life. 4 dwg
