SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgical dentistry and maxillofacial surgery. An incision is performed with a scalpel along the top of the alveolar part of the lower jaw. The mucous-periosteal vestibular and lingual flaps are exfoliated with the help of a raspatory. On the vestibular side of the alveolar part of the lower jaw, two cuts are made alternately with a depth of 8 to 12 mm using two trepans with a diameter of 4 mm to 10 mm. At the same time, first a cut is made with a trepan with a diameter from 9 to 10 mm, forming a large bone block. Then, a cut with a diameter of 4 to 5 mm is made with a trepan, forming a small bone block, in accordance with dwg 2. Then, along the lower edge of the cuts, bone fragments are separated from the ridge by a diamond disc. The large block is removed first, then the small block. The bed for the implant is prepared and it is installed below the level of the top of the ridge by 1-2 mm. The larger remote block, which is a reversible block, is rotated 180° in the vertical and horizontal planes and fixed to the vestibular surface of the ridge with titanium mini-screws. The space between the reversible block and the ridge is filled with bone material obtained by crushing a small block in a bone mill. The surgical wound is sutured.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the horizontal size of the alveolar part of the lower jaw, to carry out simultaneous installation of a dental implant together with bone grafting, to shorten the treatment time.
