SUBSTANCE: device has power supply source, control unit, low and high frequency oscillators, modulator unit having direct and inverse outputs connected to the oscillators outputs, quantum emitters operating in infrared and visible bandwidth, antenna and database of fixed frequencies connected to the control unit for controlling operation mode of oscillators and quantum emitters. Antenna has two coils having opposite winding direction, direct output of modulator is connected to the quantum emitters via control circuit and keys and to one antenna winding via key and the inverse output is connected to the other antenna coil via key.
