SUBSTANCE: joint is subject to effect of electromagnet field by means of device which has first influence member made in form of two inductance coils disposed at dielectric frames inside dielectric cases. Windings of coils are connected in series and in mate and are connected to oscillation circuit of first self-excited oscillator connected with first control circuit. Permanently changed low frequency signal generator has output connected with input of first modulator which has output connected with circuit of first self-excited oscillator. Second influence member has second inductance coil. Both inductance coils are connected in series and mate and are connected to oscillation circuit of second self-excited oscillator. Winding of any coil is disposed at side surface of cylindrical dielectric frame. Frames are connected by dielectric planks onto two of which the dielectric cases of first influence member are mounted and there are light-emitting diodes of red and infrared radiation of two radiators, connected in series, are mounted onto two other ones.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of treatment.
