FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has electromotor connected to control unit having a disk from high magnetic transparency material with permanent magnets spaced over its frontal surface. Concentric ring manufactured from high magnetic transparency material is movably connected to the disk. The ring has permanent magnets spaced over its frontal surface. The ring is set rotation by means of friction drive of an additional reverse electromotor connected to control unit. The disk is connected to the ring via cylindrical radially oriented permanent magnets. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment due to right-side and left-side rotation whirled magnetic field being concurrently applied. 2 dwg
