FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing patient body areas to modulated electromagnetic wave action with frequency of 40-70 GHz and intensity of 0.1-5 mW/sq.cm and to permanent magnetic field. Amplitude modulation of electromagnetic waves is carried out with triangular pulses of different duration of the anterior and posterior front. Electromagnetic waves with variable ratio of the anterior and posterior front are used in the range of 0.05-20. Electromagnetic waves treatment is carried out with modulation frequency being in proportional relation to basic organism biorhythm frequencies inherent in pathologically injured organ. Variable low frequency magnetic field of 5- 30 mTesla units intensity with right- or left-hand rotation of its whirl component is applied. The device has electromagnetic waves oscillator, antenna as wave-guide funnel, modulator, low frequency oscillator of triangular pulses, magnet, control unit, clock frequency oscillator and pseudo-stochastic signal oscillator. Antenna has two funnels switchable in electromechanical way having right- or left-hand polarization units of circular frequency polarization. Modulator unit has the primary and the secondary modulators. The modulator is designed as circular circuit having isolated magnets conform to patient body.
