FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has inductor having small size electromagnets with cores mounted on magnetic transparent flexible plate as matrix and electrically connected on power supply line via corresponding commutator to corresponding outputs of device for changing signal polarity, intensity, frequency and shape. The device also has control unit as PC for shaping signals allowing the inductor forming traveling magnetic field and scanner the outputs of which are connected to inputs of the device for changing signal polarity, intensity, frequency and shape, the scanner inputs being connected to the PC additionally usable for building signal causing inductor to build right- and left-hand rotation magnetic field. The electromagnets with cores are fixed in plate holes. The electromagnets are also fastened by means of envelope manufactured from magnetic transparent flexible material stitched through plate thickness. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment using traveling magnetic field and right- and left-hand rotation magnetic field. 2 cl, 7 dwg
