FIELD: filters for suspension thickening, particularly, devices for thickening of sapropel recovered from bottom deposits of inland water reservoirs. SUBSTANCE: device has body, filtering partitions, pressure pipeline for supply of slurry, vacuum line connected with vacuum pump, loading and unloading appliances. Body is assembled of adjusting to one another and alternating cylindrical pressure and vacuum chambers. Chambers are separated by round filtering partitions. Located over body central longitudinal body in sealing bushings of filtering partitions is tightening device with locknuts at its ends. Pressure chamber upper parts are connected by means of branch pipes to pressure pipelines. Lower parts of pressure chambers are connected by assembled funnels to airtight channel of screw conveyor. Vacuum chambers are connected with vacuum line and collector for filtrate. Branch pipes for supply of slurry are located tangentially to longitudinal axis of pressure chambers. Located radially in each pressure chamber on tightening device with help of bushings are blades for their rotation round tightening device and engagement with filtering partitions. EFFECT: higher productivity of device and reduced labor input in its maintenance due to provided continuous operating conditions with constant regeneration of filtering partitions and increased filtering area. 3 cl, 4 dwg
