FIELD: agriculture; dehydration of sapropels of colloidal and coarse-dispersed structure.
SUBSTANCE: proposed complex includes loading unit for delivery of sapropel under pressure, unloading unit and technological apparatus for evacuation of water from sapropel mass which consists of flexible flat belt on which water traps are located. Each water trap is made in form of endless flexible belt closed on two drums; secured on outer surface of this belt is layer of porous material of open capillary structure. Lower run of endless belt is located at cute angle relative to cargo-carrying run which is determined for the following relationship: , where is thickness of layer of open capillary structure before and after compression; i is distance between drums. Axles of drums are connected by means of three-link articulation; one link of said articulation is located in guides and is normally oriented to plane of cargo-carrying run of belt; second link is used for connection of drum axles and third link is provided with screw strainers. One drum of each water trap is kinematically connected with the same drums of remaining water traps and with drive drum of belt in such way that linear speeds of both belts are similar taking into account deformation of layer of material of open capillary structure. Drum of each water trap is mounted together with squeeze roller for rotation and interaction with layer of porous material of open capillary structure. Squeeze roller is fitted on end of angle lever; inclined water drainage chute is located under squeeze roller. Loading unit is provided with slotted proportioner for supply of sapropel. Proposed complex ensures removal of moisture to 40-60% of mass of starting pulp.
