FIELD: chemistry of heterocyclic compounds, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heterocyclic compounds of the formula (I) 
wherein radical values are given in the invention claim. Compounds show high inhibitory activity with respect to VLA-4-dependent processes of adhesion and migration of leukocytes and can be used for treatment and prophylaxis of diseases caused by undesirable degree of adhesion and/or migration of leukocytes. Invention proposes method for preparing compounds by condensation of its fragments and a pharmaceutical preparation also based on active substance and usual additions that is able to inhibit VLA-4-dependent processes of adhesion and migration of leukocytes.
