SUBSTANCE: invention elates to novel derivatives of imidazolidine of the formula (I): 
, wherein symbols B, E, W, Y, R, R2, R3, R30, e and h have values given in claim 1 of the invention. Compounds of the formula (I) represent pharmaceutically active substances. Compounds of the formula (I) relates to inhibitors of adhesion and migration of leukocytes and/or antagonists of adhesion receptor VLA-4 that relates to group of integrins. Proposed compounds can be used in treatment of diseases that are induced or associated with undesirable degree of leukocyte adhesion and/or migration of leukocytes, or wherein interaction between cells or between cells and matrix are very significant and important and these interactions are based on interaction of VLA-4 receptors and ligands. Except for, invention relates to methods for synthesis of compounds of the formula (I) and pharmaceutical compositions containing compounds of the formula (I).
