FIELD: automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to control liquid starting preheater of internal combustion engine. Proposed control system consists of two design units: consists of two design units: liquid starting preheater control unit consisting of processor unit, sensors control unit and actuating devices switch-on unit providing, according to nested algorithm and readings of sensors, diagnosing and control of preheater peripherals, and timer-thermoregulator consisting of processor unit, indicator unit, controls unit, thermoregulator unit providing possibility of manual and automatics switching on of preheater control unit and displaying results of diagnosing.
