FIELD: heating engineering equipment, particularly equipment for removal of dissolved gases from water. SUBSTANCE: deaerator comprises hollow body with steam outlet channels and deaerated medium outlet channels, separating plate installed into body hollow and arranged into upper part thereof. Deaerator has at least one operative head with working medium inlet tube and guiding members. Operating head communicates with body hollow by slit. Guiding members abut slit from one side of body hollow and form channel for supplying of working medium to separating surface. Slit length regulator is introduced into operating head. Slit length regulator is made as hollow cylinder with at least one measuring channel formed in one side thereof. Measuring channel is oriented to operation head slit. Hollow cylinder has one closed end and is connected by another end to inlet tube. EFFECT: increased efficiency of working medium degassing process. 2 cl, 4 dwg
