FIELD: direct-contact mass-transfer heat exchangers, applicable in the heat-power industry. SUBSTANCE: the mass-transfer and heat exchanger has liquid-jet and steam-jet nozzles, the latter is provided with a contraction and a displacer in the form of a body of revolution with a tapered lateral surface and an axial adjusting rod, the displacer with the larger base is oriented opposite the steam flow and inserted with the mentioned base in the steam path, and its lateral surface is positioned in the area of the contraction of the steam-jet nozzle. On the side of the smaller base the displacer is provided with a cylinder and a contraction successively positioned in the direction of steam flow and brought out the limits of the steam-jet nozzle to the mixing chamber. The lateral surface of the mentioned displacer may be equidistant from the surface of the steam-jet nozzle contraction. EFFECT: enhanced precision of adjustment of steam consumption, enhanced efficiency of operation and expanded operating range. 3 cl, 2 dwg
