FIELD: power engineering; burner units; automobile industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed unit includes hollow porous tube, lighting-up pipe union and transporting capillary structure; hollow porous tube is mounted along axis of pipe union of glow plug tightly adjoining inner wall of glow plug pipe union made in form of cylindrical branch pipe located between end bounding wall of furnace chamber and circular backing perpendicularly relative to cylindrical bounding wall of furnace chamber; hollow porous tube rests against transporting capillary structure consisting of cylindrical and longitudinal sections; cylindrical section is located in lower portion of air supply nozzle and connecting longitudinal section of capillary structure are brought into slots of circular backing; they are located under evaporating capillary structure; circular backing is additionally provided with symmetrical transversal slots and hole where upper end of lighting-up pipe union is gas-tightly fitted for connection of furnace chamber with hollow porous tube where lower end of lighting-up pipe union is gas-tightly fitted; evaporating capillary structure has hole above upper end face of lighting-up pipe union whose diameter is lesser than inner diameter of lighting-up pipe union.
EFFECT: increased service life of burner unit.
