FIELD: route aerophotography of underlying surface from aircraft, multispectral photography included. SUBSTANCE: method includes route aerial survey from board of rocket aircraft. Rocket aircraft is launched along survey route over ballistic trajectory with starting angle of inclination with horizontal line from 40 to 89 degrees. In upper point of ballistic trajectory rocket aircraft is transferred to gliding flight with increase of aerodynamic quality. When rocket aircraft descents by 20-60 per cent of achieved maximum altitude of ascent it is turned to return course and is returned to launch zone. EFFECT: possibility of aerial surveys of local sections of underlying surface by autonomous program, participation of unskilled personnel in operation, simplicity, timeliness and relatively low cost of aerial survey of local sections. 2 dwg
