FIELD: equipment measuring gas humidity, precision measurement of dew point of compressed gases. SUBSTANCE: proposed hygrometer incorporates measurement mirror, cooler, dew-point detector, devices monitoring temperature, pressure and flow rate. According to first variant of implementation measurement mirror has through conduits for passage of analyzed gas. Temperature-sensitive element is placed between surface of measurement mirror and through conduits. In compliance with second variant measurement mirror comes in the form of plate mounted with gap on its base. Temperature-sensitive element in this case is arranged between surface of measurement mirror and its base. Measurement mirror can be manufactured in the form of plate with Moebius surface.
