FIELD: equipment for measuring moisture saturation of gases, possible use for precision measurements of drop point and ice point of gas.

SUBSTANCE: drop point and ice point of gas are determined on basis of temperature of beginning of generation of condensed phase of water steams on the surface of condensation mirror and on basis of measured temperature of its disappearance with use of graph of absolute value of difference between drop point and ice point, built on basis of standard data.

EFFECT: possible consideration of temperature falls between gas being analyzed, working surface of condensation mirror and temperature sensor, as a result of which precision of drop point measurements and ice point of gas being analyzed is increased.
