FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out intraoperative cholangiography in performing cholecystectomy. Choledochus is drained via vesical duct stump with rolled-in catheter using Hallsted- Pikowski method. Ozonized isotonic sodium chloride solution is introduced via the catheter daily. Ozone concentration in the solution is equal to 2 mg/l in the volume of 20 ml to dropping microbial bodies titer 2- 3 times as low. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in arresting infectious process. 1 tbl
