FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making cholecystectomy operation and intraoperative cholangiographic examination. Choledochus is drained through cystic duct stump using rolled-in catheter. Biliary duct healing treatment is carried out in postoperative period. 40 ml of 0.06% sodium hypochlorate solution prepared in advance is dropped via catheter at 50 drops per min rate. The treatment is carried out daily during 5 days until bacteriological bile characteristics regress takes place. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; lower microbe titer in inoculated bile samples. 1 tbl
