SUBSTANCE: the device has a source of feeding voltage, low-frequency signal generator, whose output via the first modulator is connected to the circuit of the first self-excited oscillator, influence unit including the first radiator, having M light-emitting diodes of the visible and infrared bands, and an inductance coil in the form of a spiral located on a dielectric frame made in the form of radially arranged lobes with a slot. The wire of each turn of the spiral bends round now one and now the other side of each lobe. Series-connected light-emitting diodes are uniformly installed in the central zone of the frame. The influence unit includes the second similar radiator. The light-emitting diodes of the second radiator are series-connected to the light-emitting diodes of the first radiator and are connected to the voltage source with a frequency of 130,8 Hz. The coil of the second radiator is connected to the oscillator circuit of the second self-excited oscillator. The first self-excited oscillator forms oscillations with a carrier frequency of 286 kHz, the second self-excited oscillator forms oscillations with a frequency of 536 kHz. The monitoring circuit has a series-connected amplitude detector, DC amplifier and an indicator-light-emitting diode. The input of the monitoring circuit is connected to the circuit of the self-excited oscillator.

EFFECT: enhanced curative effect due to the influence by a wide spectrum of electromagnetic waves, reduced time of the procedure.
