FIELD: varnish-and-paint industry. SUBSTANCE: green pigment for bulk dyeing of plastics and film materials is solid solution of copper phthalocyanine in acetoacetic acid 2-methoxy-4- chlorophenylazo-4'- carbamoylanilide. Pigment is prepared by co-precipitation from 8-10-fold amount of 93-96% sulfuric acid at copper phthalocyanine-to-anilide molar ratio between 1: 5 and 1:2 or by their pasting in blade mixer using 80-85% sulfuric acid in 1.8-2-fols excess to the weight of pigment. Thus prepared pigment exhibits high resistance to solvents and temperature, does not migrate in soft polyvinylchloride, well disperses on melamine- alkyd lacquer. Offset paints comprising this pigment show good physicochemical and printing characteristics. Pigment does not change its color when dyeing polyamide at 280-300 C.
