METHOD OF ERECTION OF FERROCONCRETE SPHERICAL VAULTS Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: method includes filling with air up to working pressure of pneumatic forms made of flexible forming members; installation of framework members; laying and fastening of reinforcing fabric to pneumatic forms with subsequent concrete spraying to form spherical vault; holding of spherical vault until concrete setting; dismantling of pneumatic forms. Novelty consists in that, first, framework members are installed then, pneumatic forms are preliminarily filled with air up to obtaining rated geometrical shape of spherical vault, and woven wire fabric is fastened between framework members, pneumatic forms are filled up to working pressure with subsequent laying and fastening of reinforcing fabric on surface of woven wire fabric. EFFECT: simplified technology of erection of ferroconcrete spherical vaults. 4 cl, 2 dwg
