FIELD: well servicing. SUBSTANCE: packer has mandrel with radial channels, and elastic-expanding sealing member and anchoring unit, both installed on mandrel. Mandrel accommodates hollow rod with channels, working cylinder hydraulically communicated with hollow rod, shutoff valve installed in lower part of hollow rod, spring-loaded pistons located in working cylinder, spring-loaded pistons located in working cylinder, spring-loaded cover plates installed on mandrel and forming interpiston space between them and provided with left-hand thread. Stop is located in mandrel upper part. Made in middle part of mandrel is circular chamber hydraulically communicated with hollow rod, and with rod rising - also with cavity of pipes installed below packer. Check valve located in radial channel communicates hollow rod with interpiston space. Rod is moved by rotation of pipe string clockwise, and motion downward is effected by unloading of connecting pipe string. EFFECT: higher reliability and functional potentialities of packer. 3 cl, 1 dwg
