SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packers. Hydraulically installed packer contains a barrel with radial channels and a coupling in the upper part, upper and lower anchor nodes located on the barrel, sealing elements mounted on the barrel by means of a rod connected to the upper anchor knot, a hydraulic actuator comprising a cylinder, forming an annular cavity with the barrel, connected to the internal cavity of the barrel through radial channels, a piston located in the annular cavity, a ratchet. Rod is connected with the cone of the upper anchor node with the aid of an emphasis made in the form of several segments. Segments are installed in the through holes of the rod and the internal groove of the cone of the upper anchor node. Support bush is installed on the trunk opposite the stop, fixing the stop in the internal bore of the cone of the upper anchor unit. Cylindrical sample is made below the support sleeve on the barrel, thanks to which the stop has the ability to break out of engagement with the cone of the upper anchor knot when the barrel moves upwards relative to the rod when the packer is removed.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the reliability of the packer.
