FIELD: oil producing industry; applicable in well stimulation. SUBSTANCE: method includes lowering into well of pressure pulse generator on tubing string and its location at place of separation; injection of treating composition to bottomhole zone; stimulation of bottomhole zone with pressure pulses until drop of pressure in zone of treated interlayer to value of formation pressure; allowing the process to stand with stimulation of bottomhole zone by cycles of pressure differentials and pressure recovery by raising and lowering of fluid column in tubing string; pumping-out of reaction products. Lowering of fluid level in tubing string results in building-up of pressure in treated interlayer lower than formation pressure, i.e., pressure differential, and raising the fluid level in tubing string results in pressure recovery. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment of bottomhole formation zone. 1 ex
