PROCEDURE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF RESERVOIR OF WELL BY SWABBING AND DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC E21B43/25

FIELD: gas and oil production.

SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in lowering production string - PS, in insulation of tube space above opened reservoir with packer unit, in withdrawal of fluid via string PS by swabbing from under-packer zone and above-packer zone till production of stable product inflow and in successive removal of packer unit and its extraction with string - PS. According to the invention a knock down valve is installed in the PS. Fluid is withdrawn by swabbing from the under-the packer zone and above-the packer zone successively through one PS. Also, fluid from the under-the packer zone is withdrawn till stable inflow of reservoir product at rate of swab displacement along the PS not over 2-3 m/sec. Upon destruction of the knock down valve swabbing is carried out from under-the packer and above-the packer zones. After a level of fluid in above-the packer zone drops below a hydro-static level of reservoir pressure the packer unit is removed and extracted with the PS. The device consists of the swab, of the production string with an arrester of swab run and with a filter for communication with the reservoir, and of the packer set above the reservoir. Also, a seat for a go-devil locking element is set between the filter and the arrester of swab run in the PS. Between the arrester of the swab run and the seat above the packer in the PS there is positioned the knock down valve for communication of the PS with above-the packer zone upon release of the locking element made in form of a ball rigidly connected with a blind rod.

EFFECT: simplified procedure and design of device, elimination of well fluid inflow into developed reservoir.
