FIELD: cartridges designed for temporary disabling of troops. SUBSTANCE: the cartridge has a case, container with propelled mass, nozzle in the muzzle end hermetically closed by a hollow plug, bottom with a gas duct and a percussion primer and a locking member. The cartridge is provided with a regulator of the volume of the propelled mass, made in the form of a transversal partition tightly fitted in the cavity of the container above the bottom. The partition is built-up in the cartridge height of similar components-inserts. EFFECT: enhanced range of fire and density of the spot at the target. 6 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
