FIELD: measuring and monitoring equipment. SUBSTANCE: at taking of information from the on-board storage its copying is accomplished in the conditions when the flight vehicle is based on the landing field. The information and synchronizing signals from the on-board storage are selected and reproduced in real time. The data block is recorded on the information carrier in the format simulating the time and information characteristics of the external data-processing units, its interface coupling with the external data-processing units is accomplished by means of ports and the possibility of interface reconfiguration is provided. The system is also provided with a multi-channel signal selection unit, memory and interface controller, signal input-output controller, external interface of signal input-output and a software interface for the signal input output controller. EFFECT: reduced probability of information distortion and loss during its transmission, expanded range of speeds, reduced cost and enhanced indices of reliable transmission process, as well as expanded range of operating duties in the conditions of influence of destabilizing factors and fields. 37 cl, 5 dwg
