FIELD: instruments, in particular, devices for accumulation of measuring information in order to test article condition and assess actions of service personnel or crew. SUBSTANCE: device has microcomputer 2, memory unit 6 and power supply control unit 13 which is connected to power supply unit 8. In addition device has preliminary information processing unit 1 which has duplex connection to computer. Inputs of preliminary information processing unit 1 serve as device inputs. In addition device has information volume indication circuit 7 and power supply control circuit 9, which input is connected to output of power supply unit and output is connected to input of computer. Memory unit is removable. Power supply control unit is designed as first temperature detector which is connected to input of power supply control circuit which output is connected to power supply. In addition device has second temperature detector and heating system which are connected to external power supply line. In addition device has indicators of its state which are connected to outputs of receiving-transmitting units of computer. EFFECT: increased reliability due to possibility to monitor device condition and operations of its specific units, increased information capacity, increased speed of data recording, simplified information access and information processing algorithm. 5 cl, 2 dwg
