FIELD: agricultural and forest engineering. SUBSTANCE: working tool has shaft, carrier disks attached to shaft, grinding members, casing, and drive. Grinding members are fixed to carrier disks through flexible members and are equipped, according to first version, with rotating rollers, which are in contact with profiled steps positioned on casing. According to second version, grinding members are equipped with magnets, which are rotated for engagement with magnetic vibrators mounted on casing. Vibrators are made in the form of permanent magnets with poles arranged in plane perpendicular to axis of rotation and oriented tangentially to longitudinal axis of flexible members, with magnet poles being oriented in opposite directions. Flexible members are made in the form of metal rods of rectangular section, with larger side being oriented transverse to direction of rotation. Profiled steps may be made quarter-sinusoidal. Working tool of such construction provides for increased speed of knife penetration into soil and is used for grinding of coarse soil and soil with woody plant particle inclusions.
