FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has ophthalmic objective, illumination channels transmitting channels including observation channel having binocular unit and photographic channel having photorecorder. Every lamp with condensing lens is mounted in separate casing in the fundus camera. The device for separating energy flows of the illumination and transmitting channels are regular flexible cables composed of optical fibers. Outlet fiber ends are set on condensing lens optical axis. The outlet ends having equal area are in perpendicular relation to transmitting channels optical axis and are arranged as boundary ring enveloping beam trajectories of transmitting channels. The internal diameter of the boundary ring is greater than aperture diameter. Outlet ends of two regular flexible optical fiber cables connected to incandescent lamp and differing from others in structure additionally serve as working state installation unit. The device for inhibiting energy flows has a system of screens and objectives which number is equal to the number of regular flexible optical fiber cables. Plane-parallel plate is manufactured from a material non-transparent in ultraviolet spectrum band. The second observer channel is available in the binocular unit of the observation channel. Inclined mirror having selective reflecting coating is additionally available in filter system. Infrared TV channel is available in fundus camera. EFFECT: wide range of functional applications. 3 cl, 4 dwg
