SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cosmetic compositions containing in cosmetically acceptable medium copolymer of methacrylic acid with C1-C4-alkylacrylate, cationic or amphoteric polymer and silicone comprising functional groups. These compositions are used, in part, for washing and/or conditioning keratin materials, such as hair and skin. Invention provides conferring to keratin materials good cosmetic properties, in part, lightness, softness, smoothness to the touch and flexibility and obedient to dried hair also.
