FIELD: medicine, gynecology. SUBSTANCE: in the course of operation patients should be intravenously injected with ozonized physiological solution (OPS) at the quantity of 400 ml at 1-2 mg/l concentration. After operation, patients are intravenously injected with OPS by drops at the quantity of 400 ml and 1-2 mg/l concentration, once daily, at 3-d-long course. In case of increased traumaticity of operative interference it is necessary to intraperitoneally inject about 600-1000 ml OPS at 4-5 mg/l concentration. The present innovation enables to exclude the usage of antibiotics. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 2 ex
