PARTITION MAINLY FOR FAIR AND EXHIBITION STANDS AND METHOD OF ITS INSTALLATION Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering, particularly, partitions, mainly, for fair and exhibition stands assembled of several separating sections possessing own rigidity. SUBSTANCE: partition is assembled of several separating sections each possessing own rigidity. Each section is mainly by frame and, at least, two panels closing the said frame. Separate separating sections are made for their assembly and disassembly with help of connecting devices. Connecting device consists, mainly, of three members: two frame connecting members 7 and one connecting part 8. Both frame connecting members 7 are located on external side of respective posts 6 forming vertical sides of frame, two connected separating sections 1, 2. Connecting members 7 of frame and connecting part 8 have working surfaces supplementing each other in shape and made for mutual catching of clamp type. Connecting members 7 are located on vertical external edges of separating sections 1,2 protruding beyond their contours so that in assembled state, horizontal interval and connecting part 8 are formed between two interconnected at angle of 180 deg separating sections 1,2. Connecting part 8 is made in form of hollow cube opened from one side and frame connecting members 7 comes behind cube side walls, and cube wall is clamped between side external wall of post 6 forming frame vertical side and undercut of frame connecting member 7. Such hollow cube has hollows on, at least, two its side surfaces. These hollows extend to open side of hollow cube and frame connecting member 7 comes behind edges of hollows. Frame connecting member 7 is made in form of pin shaped member 7, and hollow cube has locking tag entering recess made in post 6 forming vertical side of frame.
