FIELD: construction engineering, particularly, shelters of wind and air current concentrator of wind-solar power stations. SUBSTANCE: building has solar-absorbing surface covered by translucent material and connected by means of air duct with exhaust tube whose mouth accommodates wind turbine. Solar-absorbing surfaces form sections in form of beams diverging from building center to its periphery. Located between said beam ends and exhaust tube are wind-guiding sections covered also with translucent heat insulating material. Solar-converting and wind-guiding sections accommodate air intake devices and mounted solar energy accumulators. Mounted in wind-guiding sections under wind generator are curved wind-guiding surfaces. Building is additionally provided with greenhouse ponds connected with one another. EFFECT: increased complex utilization of solar heat energy and ground surface air currents. 16 cl, 5 dwg
