SUBSTANCE: device for erecting and servicing building structures contains mobile vehicle with platform body and winches on which wire ropes are laid and hermetically sealed lifting vessel filled with gas lighter than air which is coupled with platform body. Device is furnished with working platform connected in vertical by means of wire ropes or uprights with lifting vessel and furnished from side pointed to building structure with guides and locks adjoining the structure.
