FIELD: civil engineering; hydraulic works. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, operation and reconstruction of pipelines of different application and hydraulic workings. Proposed container has closed soft bag provided with side load loops and cover with slot opening. Soft charging hose is connected with edge of opening. Bottom, walls and cover of container are made of two different-length panels sewn by edges by connecting seams. Said panels are preliminarily placed in cross-wise manner. Zone of intersection of panels is preliminarily stitched to form two-layer bottom of soft bag, and its cover is formed by bent off cross edges of longer panel. Slot opening designed for filling bag with loose material is located in middle of cover in parallel with side load loops. Opening is formed by interruption of stitches of connecting seam fastening bent off edges of longer panel. EFFECT: improved reliability of device and its manufacturability. 2 cl, 3 dwg
