FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises reservoirs connected with a link and designed to be filled with a loose material - soil, insulated from each other, each equipped with a loading sleeve fixed symmetrically on reservoirs by pairs of weight hinges. To improve reliability of pipeline fixation at a design elevation and to expand process capabilities of the invention, in the upper part of each reservoir there is a slot hole transverse to its longitudinal axis, where a loading sleeve is sewn it. Each reservoir is equipped with a pair of additional hinges, the latter and weight hinges are fixed at ends of the reservoir. The loading sleeve, weight and additional hinges are arranged in the vertical plane transversely to longitudinal axes of reservoirs and connecting their links, and each loading sleeve is arranged as capable of its insertion via a slot hole into the appropriate reservoir after its fill with a loose material.
EFFECT: simplified assembly of a device onto a pipeline, which provides for higher ballasting load onto a pipeline, efficiency of transportation and storage of devices filled with soil increases, simplified emptying of reservoirs from loose material for further repeated use of devices during major overhaul of a pipeline.
