FIELD: ventilation and air conditioning. SUBSTANCE: the air distributor has a body with two inlet and outlet windows. The inlet windows are round-shaped, and the outlet window is rectangular shaped. Slots are made in two opposite walls of the body oriented perpendicularly to the larger axis of symmetry of the outlet window. A shield shutting off the outlet window is positioned in the body. The shield is made in the form of a profiled cylinder, whose generating line is oriented along the longitudinal edges of the outlet window. It is installed with formation of opposite clearances drawn out relative to the base of the mentioned edges of the outlet window. The cross- section represents a figure having an axis of symmetry perpendicular to the plane of the outlet window, and the inlet window is made in the body wall positioned opposite the base. EFFECT: simplified construction, reduced level of noise, possibility of adjustment of the parameters of the tributary jet, with the high intensity of damping of its speed remaining unchanged. 7 cl, 5 dwg
