FIELD: air-conditioning.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing, branch pipe for supplying air which is arranged from the side of the housing and provided at least with one air-distributing bank, controller of air flow rate, and pipe provided with perforated side and arranged in the housing along the air-distributing bank. One end of the perforated pipe is connected with the branch pipe, and the other end is provided with the face. The side of the perforated pipe is made of an airtight fabric. The face of the pipe is made of a sound-reflecting material. The controller of the air flow rate is made of the mechanism for swirling the pipe.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of control and decreased noise.
