FIELD: heat-and-power engineering equipment. SUBSTANCE: system is used for installation cooling by storing of alkaline-earth metal, cryogenic oxidant, gaseous carbon dioxide and nitrogen-hydrogen-carbon oxide gaseous mixture before installation activation in mode not communicated with atmosphere. Exhaust gases from diesel enter reactor in which reaction is carried out with formation of solid MgO and gaseous N2+H2+CO+H2Ostem+CO2 phases. Solid and gaseous phases are separated into separator. Solid phase and chemical reactions heat is partly transferred to closed- loop gas-turbine working medium through heater. Gaseous phase utilizes its thermodynamic potential in absorption refrigerating machine. Gas- turbine working medium utilizes its thermodynamic potential in turbine by compressor actuation and power generation in electric generator. EFFECT: increased coefficient of performance by obtaining additional electric power and reduction of heat-accumulating medium storage volume by generation of additional cold. 1 dwg
