FIELD: heat-and-power engineering equipment, particularly for installations operating without communication with atmosphere, for example for fortification installations. SUBSTANCE: system is used for installation cooling by storing of cryogenic oxidizer - oxygen, processing water and metal hydride into installation before activation thereof in mode not communicated with atmosphere. Before switching of diesel plant into mode not communicated with atmosphere metal hydride is supplied in reactor and hydrogen fuel is created into reactor. Diesel exhaust gases enter diesel input through oxidation catalyst, generator of absorption refrigerating machine, reactor and mixer and diesel continues operation in closed cycle on mixture of nitrogen, nitric oxide and oxygen. Heat from hydrogen-generating reaction, which takes place in reactor, is transferred to working medium of additional absorption lithium bromide refrigerating machine through cycle with intermediate coolant to generate cold. EFFECT: decreased heat-accumulating medium storage volume by additional cold production. 1 dwg
