FIELD: electronic engineering; motor-vehicle and telecommunication equipment. SUBSTANCE: voltage changer designed to feed low-voltage electronic devices has controlled power switch whose input is connected to common bus, control input, to that of step-up voltage changer, and output, through transformer primary winding to input lead, to first lead of transformer secondary winding, to anode of first diode whose cathode is connected through capacitor to common bus; second lead of transformer secondary winding is connected to anode of second diode. Novelty is introduction of third diode whose cathode is connected to output lead, as well as inductance coil and fourth diode. Total energy of leakage inductance of transformer windings and partially magnetizing energy of its primary winding are transferred to load during offstate of power switch (space) and voltage changer functions as step-up device, that is, losses are changed into output voltage. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency due to reduced ripples and surges across power switch. 1 cl, 2 dwg
